USA Customers

Refunds

We are happy to refund any product returned within 42 days from receipt of your goods as long as it is returned in its original condition. Once you contact us we will arrange free shipping labels to be sent to you and once returned to us, we will refund you in full no later than 7 days from receipt. 

Splashy Terms and Conditions; Due to the nature of this product, Splashy cannot be returned if it has been used in water. We recommend that you complete a dry run with light clothing on the child before using Splashy in the bath, shower or other wet environment. Please note that if on return, the swing tag has been removed from, no refund will be offered. 

WeGo Terms and Conditions; WeGo should be returned in it’s original boxing in a ‘like new’ condition. Wheels should be clean and free of any dirt or debris from outdoor use.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

You may notify us of damaged or faulty goods up to 14 days from receipt of your goods for a full refund. Once you contact us we will arrange free collection of the damaged/faulty goods and once returned to us we will refund you in full no later than 7 working days from receipt.

 

Warranty

Goods can be returned to us for warranty replacement up to 12 months from receipt. Once you contact us we will arrange free collection of the goods and we will replace your goods within 7 working days.

In all cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods being returned are suitably packaged, and in a re-sellable condition.

 

UK & ROI Customers

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Once we receive the goods we will refund the value of the goods no later than 7 working days from receipt of the goods.
